Within the Population Health Dashboard, filters can be applied to your patients’ data to streamline your workflow and support proactive care.
Data Recency
Filter by data recency allows you to filter by how recent the data is in the patient's account. You must select both Device Type (CGM or BGM) and a Data Recency time frame.
Sites
Filter for patients using Clinic Site locations if your organization has multiple locations where patients are seen.
See About Clinic Sites for more information.
Tags
Filter for patients who match the selected tag(s). The tags filter operates as an “AND” operator, meaning that the filter will only show patients matching ALL of the selected tags. Tags are sorted alphabetically, and if you have more tags than are visible you can keep scrolling to see the rest of your tags.
See About Patient Tags to learn more about creating, applying, and removing tags in your Clinic Account Workspace Dashboard.
% Time in Range
Filter for patients based on time spent above or below specific AACE glycemic targets. Selecting multiple Time in Range filters creates an "AND" filter scenario. For example, you can filter for patients who spend greater than 1% of time below 54 mg/dL (Very Low) AND greater than 5% of time above 250 mg/dL (Very High).
% CGM Use
Filter your patient list for patients with less than 70% CGM use over the specified period, or 70% or more CGM use.
If a patient has less than 70% but greater than 24 hours of CGM use over the specified period, the % Time in Range values will still be calculated but will be visualized with a striped pattern. You can hover of the Time in Range bar to see data ranges and % CGM Use
If a patient has less than 24 hours of CGM use over the specified period, the % Time in Range values will not be displayed.
Data Range
Summary data can be viewed over the most recent 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
Removing Filters
In the header below the Patient List tab, you can view what filters have been applied and return the patient list to the original, unfiltered state, by clicking Reset Filters
