In the process of filtering and sorting your patient list, you may notice that a patient hasn’t uploaded data in awhile, or you may need fresh data for an upcoming appointment. If a patient account has an email address associated with it, you can send an Upload Reminder from the Population Health Dashboard.
Click the ‘ ... ‘ menu next to the patient’s record and select ‘Send Upload Reminder.’
Before confirming this action, you will be see a pop up notification that details when an Upload Reminder was last sent to the specified patient.
Click "Send" to send an Upload Reminder to your patient.
