Patient Tags allow clinicians to quickly organize and filter patients using custom labels. This helps streamline workflows and focus attention on the individuals who need it most.
Only Clinic Admins can edit (rename) an existing Patient Tag.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
- From your clinic workspace in the Filter By heading at the top of the patient list click Tags.
- Click Edit Tags.
- Click the Pencil
icon next to the Tag name you wish to edit.
- Edit the Tag name and click Update to confirm the change.
When a Tag name is edited, the change will be reflected on all matching patient accounts in the list with that applied Tag.
