Deleting Tags
Patient Tags allow clinicians to quickly organize and filter patients using custom labels. This helps streamline workflows and focus attention on the individuals who need it most.
Only Clinic Admins can delete an existing patient tag from your list of available Tags.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
- From the Filter By heading at the top of the patient list click Tags (1).
- Click Edit Tags (2) to review available Tags to be deleted.
- Click the trash
can icon next to the Tag you want to delete.
- Click Remove to confirm your request.
If a tag is deleted, it will be removed from all matching patient accounts in the list with that applied tag.
