Removing Tags from a Patient
Patient Tags allow clinicians to quickly organize and filter patients using custom labels. This helps streamline workflows and focus attention on the individuals who need it most.
All Clinic Members and Clinic Admins can remove Tags from a patient.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.

Select the Edit Patient Information option from the . . . menu item on the patient list.

Click the X icon to remove the tag(s) of your choice under Tags.
- Click Save Changes to confirm the Tag removal.

Alternatively, you can click on the Pencil
icon next to existing tags to access Edit Patient Information.

Click the X icon to remove the tag(s) of your choice under Tags.
- Click Save Changes to confirm the Tag removal.
