Log in to your Tidepool Account
- Log into your Tidepool Web account at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
Access your Account Settings
- Click on <Your Name> at the top right of the page.
- Click Account Settings.
Edit Personal Details
You can update your Name or email address.
- Click the Edit Personal Details button
- Update your name by changing it and clicking Save Changes.
Update Email
From the same Edit Personal Details screen you can change what email address you use to sign into Tidepool with.
- Click the Update Email button
- You may be required to sign into your account again. Enter the new email address and click Update Email.
- You will se a confirmation screen confirming the change.
- Navigate to your email inbox and click the Verify New Email button.
- After clicking, you will see confirmation that your email has been updated. Click Take me back to the application to sign in with your newly updated email address.
