We cannot restore accounts that have been deleted. If you have had any issues with problematic data, or privacy concerns, please read through "Other options" or contact support at support@tidepool.org.
1. Delete your Tidepool account
If you wish to stop using Tidepool and delete your account, please email us your request to support@tidepool.org from the email address of the account you would like deleted.
If you are unable to email us from the account's email you wish to have deleted, please share your account with support@tidepool.org via the share option in your account: Sharing your data. This allows us to prove you are the owner of the account.
Deletion is a manual process. A member of our Support team will respond asking you to confirm your request for account deletion and will reply with confirmation when your account is deleted.
2. Other options:
If you would prefer to just remove data from an upload, please email and share with support@tidepool.org, and give us information about the problematic data.
