This article assumes:
- A clinician on your diabetes care team has a Tidepool account and has added your email address to a Tidepool Web account they have created for you.
1. Open your email
- You should have received an email that looks like this:
- Tap or Click Share Diabetes Data with Your Clinic.
2. Connect your device account
- Tap or Click the Connect button for your diabetes device account.
- Log into your account to connect it to Tidepool so your healthcare team can see your diabetes data. (This screenshot shows the login page for a Dexcom account. The page you see when connecting a Libre or My twiist Portal account will look different.)
- Once you are done connecting your account, you can optionally claim your account by setting a password and confirming your date of birth.
- Tap Confirm to finish claiming your account.
- You can now log in to your account to view your diabetes data.
On your smartphone, you can see Summary Statistics from your diabetes data, and from your computer you can see the full set of views. Learn more about these views here.
