This article assumes:
- Your clinician has a Tidepool account and has added your email address to a personal account they have created for you.
- You have Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge installed on your computer.
1. Open your email
- You should have received an email that looks like this:
2. Claim your account
- Click "Claim your account".
- You'll then be prompted to enter your birthday and create a password.
3. Agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
- Only if you agree, of course.

This means you can now:
