- From your smartphone, visit app.tidepool.org and log in with your email address and password
- After logging in, tap on Connect a Device Account
- Tap Connect to the right of the twiist logo
- Input your My twiist Portal email and password that you created earlier with your twiist pump trainer
- Tap Sign in
- Tap the box indicating “I agree…” and then tap the Accept button
- Tap the Sign In as [youremail@website.com] button
- Tap Back to Tidepool to return back to the Tidepool Data Platform
- Your My twiist Portal account is now linked to the Tidepool Data Platform

Receiving an email invitation from your Diabetes care team to link your My twiist Portal account to the Tidepool Data Platform
- Your Diabetes care team may have sent you an email invitation to link your My twiist Portal account to the Tidepool Data Platform so they can view your twiist AID system data
- If you have been invited, you will receive an email that looks like this
- Tap the Connect your twiist account in the email
- Input your My twiist Portal email and password that you created earlier with your twiist pump trainer
- Tap Sign in
- Tap the box indicating “I agree…” and then tap the Accept button
- Tap the Sign In as [youremail@website.com] button
- You will see a success page indicating the connection was successful
- Tap Claim My Account to claim this account your diabetes care team made for you so you can view your twiist Loop system data at home
- Your My twiist Portal account is now linked to the Tidepool Data Platform

Disconnecting your My twiist Portal account from the Tidepool Data Platform
- From your smartphone, log into your My twiist Portal account at mytwiistportal.com
- Tap Sign in and input your email address and password
- Tap Sign in
- From the page that appears, tap Go to Tidepool
- On the following page tap Disconnect under Action
- Confirm this request by tapping the Unlink button
- My twiist Portal will reflect this change by showing Disconnect pending under Status
- Look for an email to your My twiist Portal email address confirming the unlinking has been completed
Connecting your Dexcom account to the Tidepool Data Platform
- From your smartphone, visit app.tidepool.org and log in with your email address and password
- After logging in, tap on Connect a Device Account
- Tap Connect to the right of the Dexcom logo
- Input your email or username and password and tap Log in
Forgot your Dexcom username? See this troubleshooting below
- Review the information from Dexcom indicating you are sharing your Dexcom CGM data with the Tidepool Data Platform and scroll down to the to the bottom and select the appropriate response for "on your own behalf" or "on behalf of another..." and input your name as required by Dexcom
- Tap Authorize
- You will see a success page indicating the connection was successful
- Tap Back to Tidepool to return back to the Tidepool Data Platform
- Your Dexcom account is now linked to the Tidepool Data Platform

- Input your email or username and password and tap Log in

Disconnecting your Dexcom account from the Tidepool Data Platform
- Open the Dexcom G7 app
- Tap on Profile
- Tap on Account
- Scroll down to the Third Party Applications section
- Tap on View and Edit under Tidepool
- Tap Revoke

- Click Connect to the right of FreeStyle Libre
- In the screen that appears, log into your FreeStyle Libre systems account with your username and password
- Tap SIGN IN
- Tap ALLOW after reviewing and agreeing to the terms of the HIPAA authorization
- Tap AGREE affirming you have read and explicitly agree to the HIPAA authorization
- Tap the toggle to allow sharing of your FreeStyle Libre data to Tidepool (1) and then click ALLOW (2)
- You will see a success page indicating the connection was successful
- Tap Back to Tidepool to return back to the Tidepool Data Platform

- In the screen that appears, log into your FreeStyle Libre systems account with your username and password
- Tap SIGN IN

Disconnecting your LibreView account from the Tidepool Data Platform
- Visit libreview.com on your smartphone and log in with your username and password
- Tap Log In
- Tap the three lines (hamburger) in the top right of the page
- Tap Account Settings
- Tap Connected Apps
- Tap Manage to the right of Tidepool
- Tap Disconnect
- Tap Disconnect again
- You will receive an email letting you know your LibreView account is disconnected from the Tidepool Data Platform
