Clinic Sites enable scalable patient organization within large, multi-site health systems through structured Site filtering. This functionality provides better patient search results and data integrity within your Clinic Account Workspace.
Clinic Admins and Clinic Members can assign a Clinic Site to a patient.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
- Search for a patient by name or click Show All to see all patients.

Click on the (1) three dots (...) on the right side, and then click (2) Edit Patient Information.
- Click in the Sites dropdown.

Select a Site from the list. If you do not have any Sites, first Add a Clinic Site.
- Click Save Changes.
