Clinic Sites enable scalable patient organization within large, multi-site health systems through structured Site filtering. This functionality provides better patient search results and data integrity within your Clinic Workspace.
Clinic Admins and Clinic Members can assign a Clinic Site to a patient.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
- Search for a patient by name or click Show All to see all patients.

Click on the three dots
on the right side, and then click Edit Patient Details.

Click in the Sites dropdown.
- Select a Site from the list. If you do not have any Sites, first Add a Clinic Site.
- Click Save Changes.
