Clinic Admins and Clinic Members can remove a site from a patient.
Clinic Sites enable scalable patient organization within large, multi-site health systems through structured Site filtering. This functionality provides better patient search results and data integrity within your Clinic Account Workspace.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.
- Search for a patient by name or click Show All to see all patients.

Click on the three dots
on the right side, and then click Edit Patient Details.

In the Sites dropdown, click the X to the right of the Clinic Site you want to remove.
- Click Save Changes.
