Only Clinic Admins can delete a Site from a clinic workspace.
Clinic Sites enable scalable patient organization within large, multi-site health systems through structured site filtering. This functionality provides better patient search results and data integrity within your Clinic Account Workspace.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.

From your clinic workspace in the Filter By heading at the top of the patient list click Sites (1).
- Click on Edit Sites (2).
- Click the trash can icon
to the right of the Site you wish to delete.

Click Remove to delete the Site.
