Only Clinic Admins can delete a Site from a clinic workspace.
Clinic Sites enable scalable patient organization within large, multi-site health systems through structured site filtering. This functionality provides better patient search results and data integrity within your Clinic Account Workspace.
- Log into Tidepool at app.tidepool.org with your email address and password.

From your clinic workspace in the Filter By heading at the top of the patient list click Clinic Sites.

Click on the plus button
as if you were going to add a Clinic Site.
- Click the trash can icon
to the right of the Clinic Site you wish to delete.

Click Remove to delete the Clinic Site.
