This article assumes you have:
- Tidepool+ with the TIDE Dashboard enabled on your account. If this is something you are interested in learning more about for your clinic or organization, please reach out to the Tidepool team here.
The Review Panel in the TIDE Dashboard lets you quickly see more information about a specific patient, including changes in their time in range since the previous filtered time period, access to their AGP report, and view CGM data from stacked days to compare day to day changes.
At the top of the review panel you can see information about the patient including their name and date of birth. You can view the last time the patient was Last Reviewed and click to Mark them as Reviewed. See Using Mark Reviewed within the TIDE Dashboard for more information.
In the blue navigation bar you can click View Data to go directly to the patient's full Tidepool data views, or click Copy as Text to copy information about the patient's Time in Range and Average Glucose to your clipboard. You can then paste this information into their health record.
Overview
The default view for the review panel is the Overview, where you can view the changes in time in range for the patient since the reporting last time period as well as their AGP report.
Tidepool Summary: Changes Since Last Time Period
In this section you will see a summary of changes in the patient's percentages in the risk categories in the TIDE dashboard. The comparison is from the matching number of days you have selected for the number of days to summarize. For example, if you selected 30 days to summarize, you will see the the comparison period reflect the changes from the previous 30 days.
You will see Did not change when the percentage remains the same or Increased/Decreased by X% showing the change since the previous time period, along with the previous reporting period's percentage.
AGP Report: Continuous Glucose Monitoring
The Review Panel includes a copy of the patient's Ambulatory Glucose (AGP) Report. This is standardized, single page report from the International Diabetes Center. You can learn more about the AGP report on its website - agpreport.com.
Stacked Daily View
Clicking the Stacked Daily View button in the blue navigation bar at the top of the Review Panel allows you to see CGM data for the patient for the most recent 7 days stacked on top of each other. Scrolling to the bottom allows you to click View More to see up to the total number of summarized days filtered for the TIDE Dashboard. Use your mouse cursor to hover over CGM data points to see their precise value. Clicking the date listed in the upper left of each daily summary will take you directly into the full Daily View for that specific date.
Closing the Review Panel
Click the X to the left of the patient name or any area outside of the Review Panel to return to the TIDE Dashboard.
