This article assumes:
- You are a Clinic team member with Admin permissions for your Clinic Workspace.
- Not yet using Clinic Account Administration? Contact clinic@tidepool.org to get your Clinic account set up.
- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- Click View Clinic Members.
- Identify the Clinic team member you want to edit, click Edit.
- Change the team member's permissions and click Update Member.
📥 Note: The Tidepool platform will send an email notification to your Clinic team member to notify them about the permissions change, but you may want to send a direct message as well. |
