This article assumes:
- You may need to create your Tidepool clinician account at signup.tidepool.org before being prompted to join a Clinic team.
- Not yet using Clinic Account Administration? Contact clinic@tidepool.org to get your Clinic account set up.
- You should have received an email that looks like this:
- Following the link in the email invitation you received, log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Identify the pending Clinic invitation.
- Click Accept Invite to join that Clinic team.
OR - Click Decline to decline the invitation and not join that Clinic team.
- You will need to confirm this action to Decline the invitation.
Patients connected directly to you will not merge into your Clinic account patient list. Please contact support@tidepool.org to merge your patients into your Clinic account patient list.
If you accidentally click and confirm the Decline option, please contact your Clinic Admin to have a new invitation sent.
If you are expecting to see a pending invitation but none are showing, please contact your Clinic Admin to have a new invitation sent to your email address.
