Using your Clinic share code

  • Share codes provide a seamless mechanism for your patients with an existing Tidepool account to connect with your Tidepool Clinic team.
  1. Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
  2. Identify your Clinic’s unique 12-character share code.
  3. Copy your Clinic share code using the Quick Copy button.
  4. With your share code now copied to your clipboard, send your patient a message through your EHR or email and provide them with your share code.

📥  Note: All Clinic Admins will receive an email notification every time a patient uses your Clinic Account share code to share their data with you.
