- ✅ All Clinic team members can accept a patient’s share invitation.
- Not yet using Clinic Account Administration? Contact clinic@tidepool.org to get your Clinic account set up.
- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, click Invites.
- If you have any pending invites, the total count will show in the Invites title, e.g. “Invites (2)”
- Click Accept for a pending invite to add that patient to your patient list. You will be able to view their data by navigating to your Patient List
OR - Click Decline and confirm to decline the invitation to not add that patient to your patient list.
- If the decline and confirm actions were done by mistake, you will need to ask your patient to resend their share invitation.
If the pending invites list is empty, click Refresh to check for new share invitations.
