Accepting a patient’s share invitation

  • ✅  All Clinic team members can accept a patient’s share invitation.
  1. Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
  2. From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, click Invites.
    • If you have any pending invites, the total count will show in the Invites title, e.g. Invites (2)
  3. Click Accept for a pending invite to confirm that patient's details and add that patient to your patient list. You will be able to view their data by navigating to your Patient List
  4. If you click Decline and confirm to decline the invitation it will not add that patient to your patient list.
    • If the decline and confirm actions were done by mistake, you will need to ask your patient to resend their share invitation.
