- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, within your Patient List, search for an existing patient or click Show All to see your entire patient list.

Once the desired patient is identified, click the . . . menu item and then Edit Patient Information to edit their details.

Select the Email (optional) field and enter your patient’s Email Address.
- Click Save Changes. The Tidepool system will automatically notify your patient, instructing them on how to claim and manage their account from home.
- Alternatively, click Save & Next to continue into Bring Data into Tidepool allowing you to invite your patient to connect their diabetes device accounts to Tidepool Web.
We recommend you send a follow-up reminder through your patient portal to ensure your patient engages with the Tidepool notification they receive.
