- Not yet using Clinic Account Administration? Contact clinic@tidepool.org to get your Clinic account set up.
- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, within your Patient List, search for an existing patient or click Show All to see your entire patient list.
- Once the desired patient is identified, click the . . . menu item and then Edit Patient Information to edit their details.
- Enter your patient’s Email Address.
- Click Save Changes. The Tidepool system will send an automatic notification to your patient instructing them on the steps to claim and manage their account from home.
We recommend you send a follow up reminder through your patient portal to ensure your patient engages with the Tidepool notification they receive.
