Switching to a new Clinic Workspace in Tidepool Uploader

  • This applies to all Clinic team members.
  • You must have Tidepool Uploader 2.53.0 or newer to access your clinic account. Download the latest version here - tidepool.org/download
  1. Log into Tidepool Uploader with your account.
  2. From the selector at the top of the screen, click the Clinic account you want to access
    OR
  3. Click your name in the upper right of Tidepool Uploader and click Change Workspaces to see a full list of connected Clinic Workspaces.
