- ✅ All Clinic team members can resend verification emails to patients.
- Log into the Tidepool Data Platform at app.tidepool.org to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, look up the patient you wish to resend the invitation for by name, email address, MRN, or date of birth.
- Click on their name to display their account data.
- From the patient account, click on the Resend Verification Email button in the banner at the top of the page.
Your patients will be instructed to claim their account, allowing them to view and upload data to their account from their personal devices.
