- ✅ All Clinic team members can resend verification emails to patients.
- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.
- From the Clinic Workspace dashboard, look up the patient you wish to resend the invitation for by name, email address, MRN, or date of birth.
- Click on their name to display their Tidepool Web account data.
- From the patient account, click on the RESEND VERIFICATION EMAIL button in the banner at the top of the page.
