- Log into Tidepool Web at app.tidepool.org using Google Chrome to access your Clinic Workspace dashboard.

Click the Add a New Patient button from the Clinic Workspace dashboard page.
- Enter the Name, Birthdate, MRN (optional), and Email (optional) for the patient and click Add Patient to create the patient in your Clinic account. If your Workspace has access to the Population Health Dashboard, you can apply available tags to the account, too.
- Next, you have the option to send an invite to your patient to request they connect their Dexcom or My twiist Portal account to their Tidepool Web account.
- Click Email Invite to send an email from Tidepool to your patient that contains a link to authorize the connection of their diabetes device to the Tidepool Web account you created for them.
- If you did not add their email address in Step 3, you will be prompted to add it now to allow for the invite to be sent. Click Send Invite to send the email.
- If your patient misses the email or it accidentally gets deleted, you can click ... and then Bring Data into Tidepool to reopen the Bring Data into Tidepool screen.
- Click Resend Invite to resend the invitation to them.
